ADHDの本質は「自己突っ込み」であると私は考えている。

　「先延ばし」や言行不一致への異常な怒りなどの大きな 行動特徴はこの自己突っ込みから来ていると考えるからだ。

　 ところで私の飼っている自己突っ込みの最強のものは、 「その醜い姿でいつまで生き恥をさらし続けるか？」と いう自己突っ込みであり、24時間365日ずっと意識の片隅にある。

　事実おっしゃる通りなので、まともに反論するすべは無い。
